Usually it starts with a conversation rather than a proposal. We want to understand who the customer is, what they currently do instead of using your product, and what has to be true for them to switch. Those three answers determine most of the build.
From there the engagement takes one of three shapes: a short advisory piece where you have a team and need a second opinion; a scoping exercise that produces a costed plan you can take anywhere; or full delivery where we build the first version.
We will tell you when an idea does not need custom software. A large share of early businesses are better served by an existing platform and a landing page than by a build, and saying so early saves months.
